High Fidelity Wraparound in New York State
New York State has embraced High Fidelity Wraparound as the preferred approach in caring for eligible children and their families since 2016. With grants from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, 20 counties have engaged with the Systems of Care Action Planning process. Many are beginning to implement High Fidelity Wraparound through local agencies providing Health Home services.
