Learning Collaborative
The New York State Office of Mental Health Division of Integrated Community Services for Children and Families (NYS OMH DCF) in partnership with the University of Rochester Medical Center is offering SHAPE UP New York, a six-month Learning Collaborative.
The Learning Collaborative covers the seven domains of a comprehensive school mental health system. It provides an opportunity for school districts to engage in strategic planning to improve the quality of their school mental health system.
In September 2021, the NYS OMH DCF will connect school districts and their local System of Care in efforts to improve:
- Communication
- Collaboration
- Coordination of services
Participating school districts include:
- Buffalo Public Schools
- Chenango Valley
- NYC District 16
- Pittsford Central School District,
- South Colonie
- Rome
- West Islip
